ErikwithaK started DJing in 2010 at VCU by bringing a unique turntablism mix to wherever he DJ's at. When not performing, he spends his time in the studio creating his own edits and routines. Having spent many years playing at some of the major local night clubs in San Diego, holding multiple residencies, DJing special events and promoting his own shows via social media, Erik has had a lot of time to develop his own sound that set him apart from a lot of the other DJ's. For him, it’s all about mood and establishing an interactive environment with the crowd by playing tracks that get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date.
